Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over €50! For orders under €50, a flat shipping fee of €5.50 applies.
Processing & Shipping Times
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping to countries in the European Union typically takes 7-14 days.
Tracking Your Order
If you’ve received a shipment notification, please allow 1-3 working days for the tracking information to update.
Delays
Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, it’s out of our hands. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by logistics or shipping companies.
