Returns and Refund Policy
At Parcel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our returns and refund policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
Order Cancellations
Customers can cancel their order free of charge within 6 hours of placing it and receive a full refund. After this period, the order moves into processing and can no longer be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@parcel-shop.nl.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, but only for eligible items. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be defective or damaged, with clear proof provided.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.
Before shipping your return, you must send us a photo or video of the item for assessment.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Spain.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for items that are:
- Defective or damaged during shipping
- Incorrectly shipped (wrong product sent)
To process a refund or replacement, you must send us a clear photo or video of the issue within 30 days of purchase.
Depending on the situation, we will offer a refund or a replacement.
We do not issue refunds for change of mind purchases or for items that do not meet our return criteria.
Shipping Delays
We strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe outlined on our Shipping Policy page.
However, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Refunds will not be issued for orders delayed in transit, as shipping times are managed by third-party carriers. We always process orders as quickly as possible and will keep you updated if delays occur.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you enter an incorrect address, move, or need to change an item after receiving your shipping confirmation, we may not be able to accommodate changes or issue a refund.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error, so we can attempt to update it before shipping.
Marked as Delivered
If your order is marked as delivered by the postal service but you have not received it, you must:
- Contact your local post office for further information.
- Obtain a formal affidavit from the post office confirming the package is lost, stolen, or undelivered.
Once we receive this affidavit, we will review the case and may send a replacement order at our discretion. However, in this scenario, we cannot issue a refund.
